The Compliance and Contract Management Services Department is looking for a full-time Intake & Roster Assistant to help process health and fingerprinting forms, create rosters for our in-person and online programs, process privacy requests and perform other duties as needed by the Department. In this role, you will review forms to ensure they meet requirements, handle the consolidation and production of paperwork, and synthesize data to produce reports to fulfill department needs.
This position requires a high level of English proficiency, as well as a strong attention to detail, good written communication skills, and the ability to engage with staff when needed. The Intake & Roster Assistant is a fully online position.
Note: General hours of work for at least the first six months after hire will be from 4:30 pm - 1:30 AM IT, which includes an hour lunch break, Monday through Friday. Work hours may be re-evaluated after the completion of 6 months of work, depending on job performance and workload.

Process incoming student and staff health forms, reviewing based on varying requirements.
Update internal systems to reflect current status of forms and processes for access by internal departments and clients.
Communicate in writing and by phone with staff and internal stakeholders.
Update tracking logs regularly.
Process requests for state fingerprinting and background checks.
Collect and synthesize data to produce reports as required to meet deadlines and requirements.
Create, track and provide rosters and other location required documents and reports.
