Undertaking a range of community initiatives designed to grow and retain the student community on Vedantu's YouTube channels.
Communicate to students via comments & email and resolve their queries
Building a funnel to identify the problem faced by students, interacting with cross-team members, and providing feedback to the student's comments on Instagram & YouTube.
Planning community engagement post, subjective & objective polls, notes & PDF sharing
Advanced management of social networks, creating posts and their measurement and analysis.
Monitor and maintain the quality of posts on the telegram channels & YouTube community.
Hands-on experience in growing the YouTube community, telegram channels/groups & Instagram channels.
Brand and influencer engagement-related initiatives. Contribute and execute new ideas, and organize meetings with regional influencers to promote vernacular language channels.
