Maintains detailed knowledge of product and service offerings to customers
Analyzes risk area and identify solutions to meet customers needs
Ensuring information security for sensitive data
Helps to teach our customer how to self-service through our internet website
Balancing NPS and ensuring a positive customer experience while managing operating losses
Accurate reporting of MIS
Undertake other assignments/ projects as given by the team lead/ manager
Liaising with various departments and also do account level system maintenance while resolving customer queries/ complaints.
Responsibilities for Operational Risk Specialist - C04 Analyst -
Follow established procedures to complete complex assignments and resolve problems that require in-depth investigation or research
Provide team assistance, including serving as subject matter expert, leading special projects and providing daily guidance to lower level employees
Conduct basic analysis and research as well as workflow management
Support an expansive array of products and services
Communicate pertinent information to senior managers and support activities that help mitigate organizational loss or impact as needed.
Responsibilities of Information Research Officer (Night Shift) -
Conduct thorough research to gather and ensure accuracy, relevance and timeliness of the requested data
