Responsibilities for Associate/ Customer Support Executive -
Provide customer support through voice
Resolve issues and miscellaneous queries
Handle internet related queries
Handle customer service (technical support) for international voice process
Responsibilities for Business Analyst -
Formulate the define systems scope and project objectives through research activities
Analyze business client needs and document requirements by utilizing business analysis procedures and concepts
Identify risk and consider business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment
Knowledge of MRP and inventory management
Create and prepare reports and presentations
Work as team to accomplish objectives and make recommendations for enhancements
