Responsibilities for Associate -
Providing customer service
Greet customer with smile
Receiving of stocks and arrange stocks as per plan
Scan products and complete billing
Collect cash/ card/ coupon payment without any discrepancy
Cash till management and billing.
Responsibilities for Executive -
Consolidate, finalize and monitor the sales plan and actuals for the territory
Generate orders on a daily basis by following up with customers and channel partners
Monitor actual customer offtake vs plan
Feedback to customers on dispatches, order status and stock transfer movement to regional depots
Movement plan by grade/site to depots and periodically monitor physical stock to avoid stock out and monitor aging and disposal of stocks.
