Responsibilities of HR Executives (Talent Acquisition) -
Ensure that efficient on-boarding of new recruits are done within the timelines, both number and quality wise by ensuring completion of all the necessary pre-on-boarding steps and formalities
Regular update to internal stakeholders
Meeting process timelines, maintaining mandate on differentiation and efficient grievance handling
Driving the performance management process within the timelines
Conceptualization of initiatives towards employee engagement
Ensuring manpower deployment as per manpower plan.
Responsibilities of Credit Analyst -
Responsible for preparation of CAM and putting up various notes (review, replies to observations from the Risk department, etc.)
Assessing the credit worthiness, and preparation of credit proposals, by fitting borrower requirement within the existing product suite and credit policy guidelines
Conducting review / renewal of accounts
Maintaining acceptable TAT for various tasks such as conducting rating, preparation of appraisal note, renewals, etc.
