Roles & Responsibilities of JUNIOR.OFFICER - Logistics :
Operator who has been trained in specific warehouse tasks that require some previous relevant experience and training e.g. forklift driver. Works under close supervision with a daily focus; some previous experience/training required.
Responsible for on time receipt of Spent/PGM from external and Internal sources and issue the same to production as per their requirement for further processing .Also ensure to check / prepare / maintain the necessary documents and record the same in SAP.
Coordinate with the Sales /production /QC department to get the material ready in Finish Goods .Manage the dispensing/packing of material for today's dispatches.
Assist for annual and monthly physical FG/Spent stock taking .
Maintain the record of spent receipt required as per the SOP requirement.
Support all audit inspections & ensure optimum compliance .
Maintain desired housekeeping standards in the related plant area and warehouse.
Follow the requirements of the Integrated Management System related to your own area of work.
