us to maintain and scale our 400+ highly available RPA and Intelligent Automation robots.
As a member of this team, you will also be an active and integral member of the RPA Center of Excellence team and participate in many innovative projects.
We work alongside our colleagues from IT, HR, Sales, Finance, and many more teams within the organization.
We maintain Bots for these teams and enhance them to enable our colleagues to operate more efficiently, be creative and create value.
You will be directly involved in digital transformation initiatives that help accelerate efficiency as part of VMware's focus to become a SaaS & Subscription-centred company.

Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?
Your key responsibility would be to ensure our constantly growing RPA (UiPath) processes are running successfully in production
Identify recurring issues, propose, and apply patches to improve the Bot success rate
Identify opportunities to enhance and optimize RPA and Ops processes with the team
Participate and provide inputs on better utilization of RPA infrastructure
Adhere to the defined SLA for RPA issues and enhancements
Drive conversations and propose enhanced solutions with business teams on existing RPA processes
