Roles & Responsibilities of Back Office Securities Associate :
Candidates should be well versed with Retail trade settlement of all products available in Capital Market & responsible for trade settlement, Auction Settlement.
Knowledge of Pledger, Re-pledge, Unpledge & revoke of client securities & Demat/ Settlement Reconciliations
Perform daily controls and reconciliation functions for derivative & cash trades
Managing regulatory reporting requirements
Corporate Action handling
Handling client queries / audit queries / inspection queries
Investigate exceptions and liaise with multiple teams across Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office and technology teams to get the exceptions resolved.
Escalate issues for any urgent matters or assistance.
Strong product knowledge and thorough understanding of the end to end transaction cycle for derivative products.
