Roles & Responsibilities of Human Skills Trainer (Remote) :
Using our in-house curriculum and frameworks to provide 1-1 feedback and coaching to students, at the core of which lies an understanding how recruitment and selection works to a smaller extent, and the cognitive and emotional needs of different adult learners to a larger extent.
Orienting external Experts/Mentors who will help us with the same, to ensure that students are getting timely feedback and that its quality is consistently upheld across the board.
Planning and facilitating user-centric, differentiated interventions for students as necessary, using analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to assessing their learning outputs from training and performance in the placement process.
Some details on the training areas you will be primarily doing the above for-
Spoken and written communication skills - speaking openly, honestly, clearly and confidently; writing clearly and mindfully as per the situation.
Work ethics- creating excellent and authentic work products with attention to detail, user-centricity and depth of thought
Self-awareness, self-regulation, growth mindset
Interpersonal skills at the workplace- working well in teams, active listening
CV and Interview preparation for entry-level roles
Feedback would be in oral and written format, which could be face-to-face, through documentation or using interactive and video messaging tools. Your work will also involve resource generation using various methods in order to be inclusive of students with different learning styles and needs.
Supporting efforts towards continuously improving our training modules, bringing the best technological tools to implementing training and coaching at scale.

Eligibility Criteria for Human Skills Trainer (Remote) -2023
Candidates should possess any stream is preferred.
Knowledge / Skills / Additional Information about the Job :
1-3 years of experience in teaching, training, or coaching individuals and groups in formal/ semi-formal setups (We are not too fussed about the number of years. Experience is simply a proxy for capability, which is what we really care for).
Passion for helping people learn, grow and fulfill their potential.
Strong interpersonal skills- ability to build relationships, instill confidence, uplift self-esteem and bring positivity, encouragement and enthusiasm to spaces being held with students.
Ability to clearly and crisply communicate ideas, both orally and in writing.
A knack of getting things done within deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive results independently.
Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint) and Google tools, and enthusiasm, comfort and agility with learning other online tools and technologies that aid skill-building in the virtual space for small and large groups of students.
Good to Haves:
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
